Buyer - Manufacturing OverviewSizewise / Agiliti is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented buyer for our manufacturing facility located in Tecate Baja, El Bajio Industrial Park.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our production schedules run smoothly while managing the procurement of materials necessary for our operations.ResponsibilitiesMaintain production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demand.Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.Manage inventory levels and conduct regular assessments to prevent shortages or excess stock.Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery terms for materials.Monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost‐saving opportunities.Collaborate with Corona and Kansas sites to align production goals with procurement strategies.Utilize scheduling software to track progress and adjust plans as needed.Prepare reports on inventory status (MRP), procurement activities,



and production schedules for management review.QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in scheduling and purchasing within a manufacturing environment.Experience with regulations and import/export administration.3‐5 years of electronics/electrical components buying experience (a plus).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.Detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles (a plus).
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel to the U.S. (VISA required).
