OVERVIEWThis position is responsible for scheduling for production departments to satisfy customer delivery while optimizing production efficiencies and inventory investment.
Responsibilities also include establishing effective systems and operating procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Duties include the following:Plan for finished goods Including the High runners.Maintain acceptable levels of inventory.Maintain level load capacity on assigned work centers.Participate in weekly SIOP meetings.May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification on occasion.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSEducation/CertificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Administration areasAPICS is a plus ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a planner or equivalentMRP, Kanban, JIT, level loading, MPS (plus)ERP knowledgeERP Avante is a plus QualificationsQualificationsBilingual English / SpanishProficient Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables)Multi-taskHand OnSelf-motivatedTeam WorkingSense of urgency#J-*****-Ljbffr
