Date Posted: **********Country: MexicoLocation: MX-BCN-MEXICALI-496 ~ Calzada Manuel Gomez Morin #**** ~ CALZADAPosition Role Type: UnspecifiedWhat You Will Do:Supervise a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.Monitor cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.Perform role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.Flexibility to work 1st (6:00am-3:00pm) or 2nd (3:00pm- 11:00pm) shift based on operational requirements and business needs.Support travel to U.S. sites to assist with transition projects, work transfers, and production ramp-up activities as required.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.2 to 3 years as Team Leader or in a similar role, demonstrating leadership experience through direct people management or indirect leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, training, and coordinating team activities to achieve organizational objectives.Ability to communicate in English at a 70% level,



with sufficient conversational skills to participate in meetings and handle professional interactions.Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.Qualifications We Prefer:Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred.Power BIProven experience leading projects from planning through execution, including coordination of cross-functional teams and achievement of project objectives.Experience developing and executing recovery plans to address operational, production, or project performance gaps.Experience providing technical leadership and guidance in the resolution of complex manufacturing, operational, or engineering issues.Experience with line balancing, capacity planning, and production optimization.Role Type Definitions:Please ensure the role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
