In this role, you will work with customers to manage their accounts, provide payment solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesReview assigned accounts (0–60 days past due) and proactively contact customers to secure paymentsSend payment reminders via phone calls, SMS, email, and mail notificationsEducate customers on payment options and assist in resolving past‐due balancesProcess account updates, payment date changes, and payment history requests accuratelyHandle inbound inquiries related to billing, accounts, and general servicing needsProvide customer‐first support, ensuring empathy and professionalism in every interactionDocument all customer interactions in the CRM system in real timeSupport chat and email queues as needed (cross‐trained agents)QualificationsBilingual proficiency required:
