Financial Reporting & AccountingAssist with the preparation of financial statements.Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity.Maintain the integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.Analyze financial results and investigate significant variances.General AccountingSupervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger functions.Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management activities.Review and approve accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance.Budgeting & Financial AnalysisAssist in preparing the annual operating budget and financial forecasts.Monitor departmental spending against budget.Prepare financial analysis to support business decisions.Develop KPIs and management reports.Internal Controls & ComplianceMaintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Coordinate internal and external audits.Manufacturing Cost AccountingAnalyze labor, material,
