Team Overview:
Incorpórate a DIDI Cobranza, estamos en búsqueda de talento para integrarlo al equipo de trabajo, ocupando el puesto de BPO Post Loan Team Leader.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implementar políticas y procedimientos para los controles internos en la cobranza para los BPO ́s
- Estar a cargo de asegurar que el personal necesario esté disponible dentro de cada BPO.
- Preparar informes, realizar análisis y monitorear continuamente los resultados de gestión para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Mantener supervisión directa sobre los BPO ́s mediante una comunicación constante, con el objetivo de mejorar y maximizar la recuperación.
- Brindar soporte diario a los BPO ́s en cuanto a: soporte técnico, usuarios de PIXIU, conectividad, y problemas del sistema.




- Preparar reportes informativos para el Supervisor y el Manager del equipo en relación a los resultados de la gestión sobre los BPO ́s
Role Qualifications:
- 1 año o mas en el puesto de supervisor dentro de la misma empresa.
- Preferentemente, experiência en industria financiera (Banco/Servicios financieros) o Fintech.
- Manejo de equipos de entre 10 y 20 personas.
- Experiência en Call Center manejando equipos de cobranza de hasta 30 personas
