**Your Impact**
As General Proc Ind Buyer your responsibilities would consist of
Review all non catalog requisitions (Spot, Tactical, Strategic) securing all of them are aligned to PepsiCo & GP policies & proceures.
Quote with the correct number of suppliers according to the policy and look for the best commercial option for the company.
Be in constant communication with MSOs, COEs, Vendors & Users to get accurate quotes and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of items/services.
When negotiating, must consider needs & specification of the users.
Approve/deny requisitions according to the threshold within the SLA's.
Knowledge of all Procurement processes, policies, categories & vendors




Support all myBUY users with their functional & operative doubts
Keep track of all reviewed requisitions in order generate KPIS
Track and Report Spend, Productivity and Automation by Month
Qualifications:

Advance English
Excel
Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes.
Bachelor's Degree
Good IT procurement skills.
PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point) nice to have SAP/ARIBA
Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers
