**About the role**
Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Partners are Revolut's generalist executives and problem solvers.
You'll take ownership of high-priority projects, build and lead high-performing teams across various functions and markets, and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.




**What you'll be doing**
- Leading and executing key company initiatives
- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
- Owning standalone verticals/functions/teams, including potential turnaround cases
- Hiring and leading high-performing teams
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
**What you'll need**
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
- 8+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
- A proven track record of career progression
- Experience building and leading multiple high-performing teams with 10+ direct reports
- Experience working abroad or as an expat
**Compensation range**
- Vilnius: €9,000 - €10,000 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €9,000 - €10,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
