5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Operations or related field - Knowledge of air cargo regulations, charter models and operator compliance frameworks - Practical knowledge of the Full All Cargo Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program - Proven track record of air cargo operations launch - Willing to relocate and travel to any of our Gateways or Air Hub sites in the country - Fluent English and Spanish (verbal and writing communication)
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in managing an operation lead process improvements though Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
- 3+ years of air cargo/3P integrator ramp experience
