- ** Manage the full-cycle recruitment process**, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- ** Track recruitment performance metrics** and optimize strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- ** Stay informed on industry trends** in recruitment, real estate, and sales hiring to enhance the recruitment process.
**What We're Looking For**:
- ** Proven experience in sales-heavy recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
