**Welsh-Speaking Teaching Assistant (ALN) - Cardiff & Surrounding Areas**:
- Primary & Secondary Settings_
We are seeking a **Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant** with experience supporting learners with **Additional Learning Needs (ALN)** to join schools across Cardiff and nearby areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a **Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant** to work in inclusive classrooms, supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development while promoting the use of the Welsh language.
**The Role**:
- Supporting pupils with ALN in both mainstream and specialist settings
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions in Welsh and English
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and differentiated activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning




- Promoting bilingual communication and cultural awareness within the classroom
- Fluency in Welsh and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience supporting learners with ALN (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech & language needs, etc.)
- Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3) or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to learning support
