As a Mid Level People Specialist at dgmxtech, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our human resources strategies, focused on talent attraction, retention, and development.
We are looking for someone with a generalist mindset who can tackle a variety of People functions, from personnel administration to organizational development and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- end to end talent acquisition process.
- Participate in the development and execution of training and development programs to enhance the skills and engagement of our employees.
- Support performance management, including assessment and development of improvement plans.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment and an inclusive corporate culture.
- Facilitate internal communication and promote employee well-being initiatives.
- Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of people management practices and principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic changes.
- Proficiency in Human Resources software tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (desirable).
