**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Commercial Strategy & Execution Analyst** — a **tech-savvy**, data-driven talent with a passion for operational excellence.
You'll lead the charge in **Power BI dashboards**, **workflow automations**, and **forecasting alignment**, empowering our Commercial and Modern Trade teams to thrive.

Enable smarter, faster, and more accurate decision-making across Birdman's commercial operations by:
Delivering real-time insights
Automating reporting workflows
Identifying execution gaps
Supporting strategic planning with actionable data
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Intelligence & Data Visualization**
- Build and maintain **Power BI** dashboards with KPIs like Sell-Out, OTIF, Forecast Accuracy & OSA
- Transform complex datasets into easy-to-digest visuals that guide commercial and operational actionsContinuously improve reporting models to boost clarity, speed & cross-team adoption
️ **Forecasting & Strategic Planning**
- Lead monthly & YTG forecast alignment, connecting supply, demand & retail execution
- Analyze deviations in rotation,



coverage & inventory to propose corrective actionsDeliver storytelling-ready insights that drive execution
**Process Automation & Tool Development**
- Use **Power Automate** to streamline alerts, workflows, and internal approvals
- Identify manual tasks and create scalable tools to increase efficiencyChampion a culture of continuous improvement through automation
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Be the analytical partner for **KAMs**, **Trade**, **Logistics**, and **Finance**:
- Centralize reporting and ensure alignment through robust data products
- Participate in tactical meetings bringing clarity and insights from day one
**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
**Academic Background**
Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Applied Math, or similar
**Tech & Analytics Toolkit**
- Proficient in:
- **Power BI** & **Power Query**:
- **DAX** & advanced **Excel**
- Bonus: SQL, Python, VBA, or similarExperience with ERP/retail systems like SAP, SAI, Retail Link, DSPs
**Professional Experience**
- 1-2 years as a Business Analyst, Trade Analyst, Commercial Ops Analyst, or BI AnalystExperience in CPG/FMCG/retail = big plus

- Strong communicator in **Spanish & English**:
