Head of Construction & Civil works installations and equipment Commissioning, certifying that all installation had been performed according to the approved project.
Construction & Civil works installation design review for operational needs (production & administrative) according to current applicable regulations and standards.
**Qualifications**
Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) development, implementation and follow up for all non-productive Construction & Civil works installations and equipment, including but not restricted to: Buildings Maintenance, Roofing, Water and Sewer distribution systems,



Kitchen equipment, Furniture, Locksmith, Optical Fiber Networks and Structured Cabling including periodically studies and certifications.
Project management and development of Building and Civil works, including Design, RFQ, Change Management, Contractors management, Legal requirements and permits, Construction and installation overview, systems needed for original lay out increase and modifications according to the site needs, delivering projects within time and budget according to appliable regulations and standards.
