We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven **RPO Bilingual Recruiter** to support a high-intensity, high-volume recruitment project for a call center located in the heart of Mexico City.
This is a temporary position designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** High-Volume Hiring**: Effectively handle a high volume of requisitions to meet the staffing needs of the call center.
- ** Pipeline Management**: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
- ** Metrics and Reporting**: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Language Proficiency**:



Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO or call center environment.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring.
