**Your Job**
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for the control and optimization of the Glass Production in our 24/7 operation at El Marques site.

**What You Will Do**
- Drive the company's culture advancement and the business transformation in the area, empower our people to have a contribution mindset by develop capability in operators to control our process and deliver expected result from the organization.
- Develop and coach your direct reports to make the greatest contribution, connect them to company's vision and business priorities.
- Develop an early challenge environment, focus on biggest opportunity and with clear management of changes that could impact to process, early communication with all stakeholders across the organization.
- Responsible of production area.
- Connect with different capabilities such production, maintenance, engineering, operation excellence among others to support yourself and your team to be able to accomplish our operations visions
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Supervisor experience, supervisor of supervisors is a plus.




- Prioritization and sense of urgency needed
- Great communication skill inside and outside his team at all levels
- Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization.
- Data driven and economical thinking to take effective and fast decisions
- Fluent in English and Spanish

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
