Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst_ located in Guadalajara, North Campus._
- The Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for post-deployment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical coordination of factory operation solutions in production environment._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Monitor and resolve tickets through the Standard SNC model._
- _ Determine whether issues can be resolved via configuration changes or require deeper code fixes._
- _ Physical and technical support for the main elements of the IT services._
- _ Coordinate with vendors and communicate updates to internal teams._
- _ Investigate production logs, error traces, and user-reported symptoms_
- _ Compile RCA reports and recommend preventive measures_
- _ Document findings, FAQs, and guides for future reference._




- _ Feed defect trends and usability concerns back to Solution Managers and Solution Architects to shape future releases._
- _ Conduct end-to-end test runs & Integration tests for the sprint releases to validate the systems prior deployment_
- _ Create deployment playbooks explaining step-by-step instructions to be considered as pre-deployment & deployment activities._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ Advanced English level._
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- _ Versátil availability for working hours._
- 3+ years in a technical support role, providing hands-on assistance and problem resolution.
- _ Previous experience working with troubleshooting & problem solving with Hardware / Software & connectivity._
- _ ITIL Foundation Certification (nice to have)_
- _ Strong knowledge at technical writing._
- _ Good communication skills._
- _ Ability to work in cross-functional teams._
