In this role, you will provide high-quality telephonic support to potential new law firm/attorney customers through a legal intake process.
Follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.ResponsibilitiesAnswering inbound/outbound calls from prospective clients looking for help with applying for Social Security Disability Benefits.Properly complete the intake form using our proprietary Customer Relationship System (CRM).
Explain Social Security Disability eligibility, benefits and our requirements, expectations and standards.Positively promote and sell the benefits of using our services to all prospects.Accurately document all contact with prospects, enter all information and outcomes in accordance with current company policies and procedures.
