**What you'll do?
**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and documentation to capture business requirements and current workflows.
- Work with business stakeholders to map and optimize processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication of business requirements and project updates.
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that business needs are met and solutions are implemented effectively.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions by providing input into system design, business rules, and testing requirements.
- Validate solutions and ensure they meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation and management of project plans, risk assessments, and change management processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and potential areas of improvement for business operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements,



cost savings, and efficiencies across business functions.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies that can enhance business operations.
- Provide training and support to business users on new systems, processes, or tools.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
**What you'll bring**:
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar for process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Strong experience in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and analyzing data.
- Experience with project management software like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ability to map and analyze business processes using BPMN or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with experience using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for collaboration.
