Team Overview:
El área de **KYC (Know Your Customer)** contribuye a mitigar los riesgos para la organizaciónal verificar la identidad de los nuevos clientes.
Requiere habilidades analíticas excepcionales para realizar una evaluación precisa.
Los analistas de KYC son responsables de evaluar a los clientes de instituciones financieras, asegurándose de que cumplan con los requisitos regulatorios.
Como parte de este rol, se solicitará la revisión detallada de la documentación proporcionada por los clientes recién registrados, con el fin de verificar su autenticidad y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes.
Role Responsibilities:
- **HORARIO: 11:00 pm a 6:00 am**:
- ** 100% PRESENCIAL**:
- Revisar nuevas cuentas de clientes y verificar sus identidades
- Evaluar los riesgos asociados con los clientes o productos
- Evitar la aprobación de un cliente que intenta obtener crédito con la institución por medio de la falsificación de documentos y/o información
- Evitar futuras pérdidas económicas y de reputación




- En ocasiones tendrá contacto con los clientes para verificar que la información proporcionada es correcta por la persona adecuada
Role Qualifications:
- 1 año de experiência en puesto similar
- Licenciatura incompleta o inconclusa o superior
- Capaz de proponer soluciones a problemas comunes
- Influir positivamente en el cliente, sorprenderlo con un excelente servicio
- Influir en sus compañeros para que actúen de la misma manera.
- Generar insights para mejorar el viaje de nuestros clientes, transformando problemas en oportunidades
- Plus: experiência en revisión de INE
