**Role at a Glance**:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead design efforts for Paystand and its subsidiaries, TeamPay and Yaydoo.




This role will be responsible for shaping the product design strategy and overseeing design deliverables across multiple products and regions.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to create intuitive, user-centric designs that drive the success of our B2B payment solutions.
In this role, you will set the design direction for the entire product suite, manage the UX/UI design process, and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across Paystand, TeamPay, and Yaydoo.
As we scale, you will establish clear lines of ownership for a junior team of UI/UX designers and researchers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set and execute the design vision, strategy, and roadmap for Paystand, TeamPay, and Yaydoo.
- Collaborate with leadership, product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design efforts with business objectives.
- Lead design reviews and advocate for the user experience across all product initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all product offerings, including Paystand, TeamPay, and Yaydoo.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing design team (e.g., junior UX/UI designers and user researchers).
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
- Own design quality and user experience across all product platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities to inform design decisions.




- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3+ years in a senior role (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B products).
- Proven experience leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and working in a cross-functional environment.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as prototyping and user testing tools.
- A solid understanding of design systems and how to implement them across multiple products.
- Experience working on complex enterprise software or fintech products is a plus.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, usability best practices, and user-centered design processes.
- Ability to synthesize user research and analytics data to inform design decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance business goals with user needs.
