**What you will do**
- Design and develop intuitive UI/UX for phones, smart glasses, and tablets;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts;
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and integrate feedback into design iterations;
- Lead and present recurring design reviews to the customer's team;
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries;
- Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality.
**Must haves**
- Proficiency in Figma and similar tools;
- Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization;
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on a tight schedule;
- A passion for delightful user experiences;
- A deep sense of quality and attention to detail;
- Basic knowledge of **AR technology**;
- A proactive mindset and proven agility toward business goals change;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
