or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in logistics, industrial operations, transportation, terminal management, or supply chain.Proven experience managing large operational teams.Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and financial indicators.Experience managing operational budgets and business performance (P&L; preferred).
