**The opportunity**:
- Salesforce Project Handling & Analytics Integration:
- Manage Salesforce data extraction, transformation, and reporting for analytics use cases.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business users to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Ensure Salesforce data governance, security, and compliance align with business requirements.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Elicit, analyze, and document clear and detailed business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and users.
- Utilize user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and sample reports to drive requirement clarifications and approvals.
- Ensure traceability of business requirements to technical requirements.
- Project Development & Coordination:
- Work with IT development teams to translate requirements and clarify queries.
- Lead the development efforts, including system design and managing offshore teams.




- Align with the client's project management structure to ensure proper project execution.
- Ensure the technical requirements and design support business needs.
- Data & BI Expertise:
- Analyze data sets and derive business rules from insights.
- Work with cloud database technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
- Document business rules, data mappings, and workflows in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team on testing strategy and plans.
- Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Engage in senior business stakeholder management meetings and business communications.
- Foster strong client and team relationships to resolve technical issues and drive project success.
- Effectively manage client and vendor experiences to ensure successful execution.
- Lead the team and execute the project in a Product Owner capacity.

**What you need**:
- Strong SQL skills to analyze and extract meaningful insights.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects and understanding of the Salesforce data model.
- Experience in requirement gathering and analysis using tools like JIRA and Rally.

Business Stakeholder Management and business communications.

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related Analytics field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Analytics Technical Development and Business Analysis.
- 6+ years of IT experience, including:
- 3+ years in Requirement Gathering and contributing to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.
- 5+ years of SQL experience, writing queries to analyze data and derive insights.
- 3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
- Experience with cloud database technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, and Oracle.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) Analytics Project Handling, including:
- Salesforce data model and integration with analytics platforms.
- Experience working on Salesforce Lightning and classic environments.
- 5+ years working with Salesforce project frameworks (Scrum, Agile) for analytics delivery.
- 5+ years managing onshore/offshore development teams and coordinating development efforts.
