**Job Description**:
- Project Leads- Minimum 6+ Years of experience in leading cross functional team
- Monitor and track project performance in line with defined timelines
- Manage day to day team functions for team
- Performance management and provide effective feedback to team
- Handle shift planning and roasters
- Guide team and handle operational queries
- Expert in Excel based reporting
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable to present before business stakeholders
- Solid experience of working on big programs using waterfall and agile framework
PMO- Maintain project reports with resource details
- Co-ordinate with project leads to gather required project information.




- Tracking major KPIs and forecasting metrics related to the projects
- Maintain risk tracker
- Manage adhoc reporting requirements for the project
- Expert in MS Excel reporting
- Versátil to work in all shifts
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
- Change Practice SME
