PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Elevate the skill of Creo and/or NX users.
This includes creating Creo and/or NX best practice documentation, training material, and leading workshops or training sessions.
- Utilize problem solving skills to address user issues while demonstrating patience, understanding, and empathy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, develop and implement enterprise best practices, design methods and techniques.
- Support engineering tools and their development in order to enhance capabilities.
- Lead the development and customization of internal Creo tools/processes.




- Collaborate with the Windchill team as a liaison for engineering for Windchill upgrades and enhancements
- Support global Windchill initiatives related to engineering tools and usage
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience using PTC Creo.
Proven desire to learn, master, and implement advanced Creo tools and modeling techniques in a production environment.
- Thorough understanding of setting up enterprise start part templates, drawing formats and Creo configuration files.
- Experience with best practices and data management of family tables.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience using PTC Creo.
- 3+ years of experience using NX
- Understand setting up enterprise start part templates, drawing formats and Creo configuration files.
- Extensive knowledge of top-down design techniques using skeletons.
- 3+ years of experience working as an administrator for Windchill
