The APP SRE / Production Support team is part of development that primarily focus on supporting TPM Application from the sustaining engineering point of view.
The team provides Level 2 support and offers a wide array of solutions that involve database updates, programming, scripting, and UI workarounds.

- Be part of an on-call rotation and provide after hour support
- Collaborate with other team members (i.e., Cloud Eng., Cloud Ops, QA, Dev, and Product) for investigation and RCA
- Lead team to build, maintain, and automate daily processes, scripts, and reports.
- Coaching and mentoring team members, identifying opportunities to improve, train and upskill
- Ability to communicate at all levels from senior leaders to individual contributors, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interact with Product, Engineering, and Operational teams to prioritize bugs and fixes
- Be a single point of contact for escalations and coordinate communication and resolution of major issues.
- Ability to research/investigate and propose a workaround solution for incidents and service requests
- Monitor backlog and follow up on cases that required additional info or clarification




- Execute data change requests, inquiries, and reports from internal/external partners
- Provide technical contributions to GenAI projects as needed
- Adhere to and enhance administrative, operational and technical policies and procedures
- Identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities; maintain records to develop a trend analysis that will drive improvement in Production support services
- Create ad hoc reports for internal/external users
- Improve automation by developing or enhancing prod support tools and utilities.

Qualification & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Development and/or Production support
- An ITIL certification is preferred
- At least 5 years of Production support experience with large enterprise system
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
