Scope:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations using advanced analytics and visualization tools to drive business performance.
- Ensure the effective use of modern data tools and platforms to support analytics initiatives.
Our current technical environment:
- Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Leverage Databricks for data engineering and advanced analytics.
- Employ other modern data tools and technologies to support comprehensive analytics solutions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions to improve business operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Utilize Power BI to create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports.
- Work with Databricks to perform data engineering tasks and advanced analytics.
- Ensure that analytics initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Communicate the results of analytics initiatives to senior leadership and recommend areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business analytics and data science.
What we are looking for:




- 4 years + of relevant experience- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Deep experience in business analytics or a related field.
- Data visualization PowerBI preferred (Tableau,, Quicksight, Looker, Sigma, ect)- Experience with Databricks and other modern data tools.
- Experience with machine learning, AI, or statistical modeling- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
