Develop and maintain project plans and budget profiles to ensure delivery of milestones to agreed cost targets and timescales.
- Provides to Planning Department Preventive Maintenance Calendar and Ensure achievement of it.
- Analyze plant equipment downtime, identify trends and develop solutions.
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
- Coordinates and updates Productivity Projects efforts plant wide.
- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources for each area of responsibility.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or higher-level degree in engineering, operations management or related technical field.
- 5+ years of proven work experience in operations, engineering and manufacturing.




- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Lean Experience and/or training.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Business English level.
