**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**
PepsiCo has deployed the SAP/Ariba Procurement functionality to support the acquisition of indirects goods and services in PFNA, PBNA, LATAM, Europe, AMESA and APAC.
The tool is branded myBUY and used by ******+ end users across 50+ countries, with a central team supporting the PR2PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) process._ _The Tactical Buy function is part of PepsiCo's integrated procurement process.
**Main Objective**
- The role has overall responsibility for performance of the markets in scope and is responsible for the correct administration and operation of myBUY
- The role works with key stakeholders to maximize the main benefits that myBUY brings for the company in terms of visibility, productivity,
compliance and automation
- The role is managing the Tactical Buy agenda
- The role is responsible for compliance with agreed SLAs for the service in respective areas
**Purpose**
- Establishing and executing the business management processes, governance and associated reporting
- Leading the improvement of purchasing processes, considering procurement policies in place
- Managing the operational performance and quality assurance
- Support the Continuous Improvement agenda and myBUY automation target
- Leading the Demand Generation activities in driving spend into the pipeline
**Scope**
- The functionholder is covering for LATAM (PBF, PMF, CASA).
- Managing a team of 24 Tactical Buyers and 3 direct reports (3 x L08).
**Your Impact**
As Tactical Buy Sector Lead your scope would consist of
**Tactical Buying**
- Lead Tactical Buying team and myBUY daily operation with SMEs for LATAM region
- Support Procurement function in optimizing purchasing processes
- Assure myBUY team and GP strategic team alignment.
Assure alignment with Integral Category Strategies
- Support Global digitalization agenda for myBUY activities
- Create synergies across all regions and establish common business agendas with all myBUY markets in order to identify growth and/or alignment opportunities.
- Identify productivity opportunities aligned with the functional and sector business objectives & framework
- Recommend initiatives to drive process efficiencies with respect to the TB services being provided
- Propose and recommend processes and procedures for all in-scope procurement transactions
- Creation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecasts
**Demand Generation**
- Drive Demand Generation through continuous improvement process and provide recommendations in driving spend into the pipeline.
Including spend analytics, coordination of projects and transition plans
**myBUY Solution Adoption**
- Promote Business awareness of appropriate Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process
- Monitor compliance across PepsiCo business lines and vendors.
Take measures to improve compliance
- Change Management, Project Support and Continuous Improvement
- Resolving escalated issues
- Establishing and executing expectations gathering and management process for key stakeholders
- Communicating with stakeholder in markets
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor / Administration degree, Master a plus.
- Functional knowledge: Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools; Knowledge in Food & Beverage industry a plus
- Experience in sourcing processes and technologies, with experience of implementing them in a global and regional environment
- Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage senior stakeholder relations
- Organizational savvy
- Results oriented - comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets
- Excellent language skills both verbal and in writing - English highly desirable; Portuguse is a plus,
- Comfortable working within complex matrix organization
- Able to travel to market locations _(Less than 1 trip per quarter)_
