Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops / Platform Engineering Hands‐on expertise in CI/CD design, automation, and release workflows
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and environment provisioning
Strong understanding of secure and scalable Dev Sec Ops practices
Developer Experience (Dev Ex) & Productivity Ability to define and implement developer workflows and onboarding models
Experience creating golden paths for common development scenarios
Focus on eliminating one‐off implementations and standardizing delivery
Reusable Patterns & Accelerators Proven track record of building reusable assets (templates, starter kits, scaffolds)
Strong pattern‐thinking mindset to convert recurring problems into scalable solutions
Cloud & Platform Architecture Strong experience with Azure (or equivalent hyperscaler)
Understanding of networking, identity, compute,



and data integration at scale
Developer Tooling Hands‐on experience with Git Hub / Azure Dev Ops and repository strategies
Familiarity with testing, deployment pipelines, and observability integration
Architecture Governance & Standards Experience defining and enforcing architecture standards, guardrails, and reference patterns
Ability to conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment to Fabric patterns
Cross-functional Collaboration Ability to partner with FDEs, Product, Engineering, and Security teams
Strong communication skills to translate architecture into actionable implementation guidance
Documentation & Enablement Experience building developer guides, onboarding assets, and knowledge repositories
Ability to create simple, reusable, and consumable documentation
Continuous Improvement Mindset Track recurring developer issues and improve templates, automation, and patterns
Drive feedback loops to improve developer productivity and platform adoption
Nice to Have Platform engineering experience
