Review and oversee balance sheet reconciliations: Cash, AR, AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Intercompany
Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions
Monitor cash flow and treasury operations
Payment terms, collections performance, optimization opportunities
Ensure internal control compliance
Support cross-functional projects
Oversee accounting, treasury, and internal controlsSupport system migration and data validation (SAP/Dynamics)
4-5 years of experience (minimum) in similar roles
Advanced English (mandatory)
Shared services experience. Experience in integral companies, services, or FMCG
Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Dynamics
Advanced Excel skills
Hands-on profile
$70,000-85,000 MXN Gross Monthly + Benefits of Law
Hybrid: 2 days in office (Polanco)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
