We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving operational efficiency through strong leadership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Drive machine reliability and reduce downtime through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage resources and control maintenance costs aligned with budget targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge in industrial systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and automation (PLC, robotics)
- Proactive leadership style, strong analytical skills, and ability to drive results in dynamic environments
