what you’ll do:
assist claimants with completing the full disability application process through detailed phone interviews
.
navigate multiple systems, including internal and order management websites, to ensure 100% data accuracy
.
demonstrate empathy and patience while asking sensitive medical questions to determine eligibility for benefits
.
what you need:
previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
.
proficient computer skills, specifically in windows os, internet navigation, and associated software
.
excellent communication, being detail-oriented and inclined to help others with compassion
.
bilingual (english/spanish) is a major plus
.
what you’ll get:
base gross monthly salary: $17,500
.
performance bonus: monthly gross bonus up to $5,100 based on metrics and attendance
