Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D problem-solving.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

Your Role & Responsibilities Failure analysis of main automotive assembly of primary customers dealing with 0km and warranty.
Provide Technical Support to the different departments regarding quality system.
Coordination of problem-solving activities / 8D Report.
FTTQ Action Plan Top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting.
Scrap Action Plan for top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate continuous improvement activities focused on reducing waste, rework, and process variation.
