Orbis Agency, with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for its next Project Manager .

Our agency works with clients across several Spanish-speaking countries, helping them meet their business and communication goals through corporate identity design, social media management, audiovisual content, digital marketing, and product design.

General Information
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Age: 25–40 years old.
Gender: Open to all applicants.

At least one year of experience using ClickUp as the primary project management platform.

A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.

At least two years of previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a related industry.

Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and campaign management.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure without losing attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in additional tools such as Google Workspace , CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.

Required Skills and Experience





Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.

Experience creating and managing project timelines and budgets.

Familiarity with design or editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable.

Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects for multiple clients.

Plan, organize, and oversee tasks in ClickUp, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and project objectives are met.

Collaborate closely with creative, design, social media, and web development teams.

Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure the successful delivery of each project.

Track project KPIs and prepare detailed reports for clients and company leadership.

Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring their expectations are met.

Take the initiative in solving problems, optimizing processes, and proposing continuous improvements to project management and internal operations.

Monday through Friday.

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
