This role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands‑on experience and develop foundational skills within a leading automotive supplier. The Trainee will support various departmental functions, contributing to daily operations and learning about the company's processes and products.

Job Responsibilities

Assist senior team members with various tasks and projects across different departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain).

Perform data entry, analysis, and report generation as required.

Support the implementation and monitoring of operational procedures.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

Conduct research and compile information to aid decision-making.

Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Complete assigned training modules and programs diligently.

Provide general administrative support to the department.

Job Qualifications





Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related technical discipline).

Strong interest in the automotive industry and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
