Job Summary Para apoyar a nuestros equipos extraordinarios que crean excelentes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos agregar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Aguascalientes Reportando al Production Manager, el rol de Supervisor de Producción involucra… dirigir las operaciones de fabricación realizadas en un turno o grupo de líneas de producción, asegurando que alcancen objetivos de volumen, calidad y costo.
Responsabilidades diarias Seguimiento y Cumplimiento de rate de producción.
Control de personal (asistencias, permisos, vacaciones, actividades, entrenamiento, etc).
Control de wip.
Seguimiento a Work order Conocimientos de lean manufacturing.
Control de los materiales (kit de ensamble y scrap).
Escalaciones por paro de línea.
Atender juntas de soporte (Checkpoint).
Plan de entrenamiento para el personal a su cargo.
Requisitos Ingenieria o Licenciatura concluida.
Indispensable disponibilidad para los 3 turnos.
Conocimiento Office (Excel).
Conocimiento indispensable de Metal Mecanica.
Conocimiento Integración Vertical.
Sobresaliente Administración de personal.
