Mechanical Engineer is responsible for fulfillment of project objectives: delivery of robust, proven and reliable product in required time, quality and costs.

Responsabilities:

Provides technical support within the mechanical construction during product development leading to successful introduction into production

Develops concepts for innovative products with regard to feasibility, cost, lifespan, customer and legal requirement

Applies the best design and process practices (DGL, Rules), standard parts, Lessons Learned, CAD standards and CAD methodology and specific customer requirements

Provides suggestions for creating and updating DFMEA

Cooperates at creation of DFMEA, CAE plan, DV plan, component test and certification in compliance with the CDP/VPDS/VBOS, and customer specifications as well as legal requirements.





Actively works within the team to support successful DV / PV and delivery of PPAP on time.

Participate on TDR organized by other teams to provide feedbac

Participates in customer & quality audits for given products / projects if required.

Scouts for innovation opportunities, cost optimizations and actively participates in DCRM sessions and participates in their implementation in the project

Provides technical support to new business development (i.e. VQF, BOM, presentation, feasibility)

Prepares and shares given project Lessons Learned

Performs assignments related to particular development (CDP/PDS) projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree:Mechanical Engineer or similar

Mimimum 3 years of experience in the position
