Job Description Sets up, adjusts, and operates machine tools for various types of machine shop equipment. Works from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions. May communicate directly with engineers to understand the purpose of a part assembly. Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances. May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.
Your Responsibilities Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks to support developmental requirements in pre-production projects.
Work from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies,



and components.
May perform rework and quality testing.
Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment.
Work with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.
The Essentials - You Will Have Technician High School diploma or equivalent. (or 6 months experience in a similar positions)
The Preferred - You Might Also Have Read electrical diagrams
Wiring experience
Schedule availability.
Typically requires no previous related experience.
