About the role:
Epiroc is looking for a strategic and commercially driven Business Line Manager - Attachments Division to lead the development, growth, and profitability of our ATD portfolio.
Mission of the role: To plan and control all activities related to the Hydraulic attachment and Ground Engaging Tools (GET) portfolio, leading Product Specialists to achieve stronger market penetration, while maximizing profitability and promoting the company’s image and positioning ATD products effectively in the market
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee all commercial and operational activities related to the ATD portfolio
Lead, coach, and coordinate Product Specialists to strengthen market presence and achieve sales targets
Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts and budgets
Promote business line products and strengthen the company’s image through customer engagement and market activities
Define pricing strategies, manage price lists, and monitor discounts and margins to ensure competitiveness and profitability
Develop, coordinate, and manage relationships with business partners and distributors, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives, performance expectations, and market expansion strategies
Work closely with Logistics, Inventory Control, and Product Support teams to ensure timely product availability and service delivery
Determine optimal stock levels in coordination with internal teams to meet market demand
Maintain active communication with global product companies to align objectives and implement strategies for the local market
Identify, develop, and follow up on business opportunities aligned with ATD strategic priorities
Strengthening product and application knowledge within the sales organization, acting as a commercial enabler
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, Geology, or related fields)
Demonstrated experience managing business partners, distributors, or external commercial channels to drive joint business plans and market coverage
Minimum 10 years of experience in similar business line, product management,
or commercial leadership roles within technical or industrial environments (preferably mining or related sectors)
Proven experience leading technical and/or commercial teams and driving market growth initiatives
Bilingual: Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong background in strategic planning, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and market development
Experience managing pricing structures, margins, distributors, or commercial channels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Availability to travel across the country/region
