Descripción Lead the daily execution of HR operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and social security processes.
Manage labor relations, union interactions, and employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations.
Lead recruitment activities for operational and administrative positions.
Drive training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
Monitor and improve HR KPIs, labor costs, and workforce planning.
Oversee employee services, including transportation, cafeteria, uniforms, and workplace amenities.
Lead and develop the HR operations team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
Implement process optimization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives across the HR function.
Coordinate with government authorities (IMSS, STPS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)



and support regulatory audits.
Support plant leadership by ensuring an exceptional employee experience and uninterrupted HR service delivery.
Perfil buscado A successful HR Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Minimum 5 years leading HR operational teams in manufacturing environments.
At least 3 years of experience within the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1).
Experience supporting manufacturing operations with +2,000 employees.
Strong knowledge of Payroll, Labor Relations, Mexican Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
Experience managing recruitment, training, employee services, and performance management.
Proven leadership, people development, and continuous improvement mindset.
Advanced English proficiency.
