We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Portfolio & Client Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of active client housing programs and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. In this role, you'll coordinate portfolio operations, manage client communications, oversee program execution, track delivery milestones, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Guest Services, and vendors to ensure projects remain on schedule and clients receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day health of active client portfolios. Coordinate program execution, onboarding, extensions, transitions, and service delivery. Serve as the primary client contact for assigned portfolios after program launch. Track milestones, occupancy, modifications, and operational updates. Maintain accurate records and portfolio visibility in Click Up and other systems. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Guest Services, vendors, and leadership to resolve issues and support successful delivery. Identify delivery risks, resolve issues proactively, and escal when necessary. Ensure documentation supports billing, reporting, and operational continuity.



Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, operations, client success, hospitality, or program management. Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Experience managing multiple projects, portfolios, or client accounts simultaneously. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Click Up, Asana, , Trello, or similar project management platforms. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong attention to detail and documentation.
