We are hiring Healthcare Patient Coordinators to support U.S.-based medical clinics.
This is a stable, long-term role working directly with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clinic operations.
Job Role
- Handle patient calls for appointment scheduling and support
- Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
- Work with EMR systems
- Assist with prescription and admin workflows
Requirements
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office (preferred)
- OR strong customer service experience (training provided)
- English B2+ (required)
- Comfortable working onsite

Adecuado Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or front-desk role (clinic, hospital, or medical office)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills with experience handling patient calls
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks (appointments, insurance verification, follow-ups)
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
