Mechanical Engineer is responsible for fulfillment of project objectives: delivery of robust, proven and reliable product in required time, quality and costs.

Responsabilities:

- Provides technical support within the mechanical construction during product development leading to successful introduction into production
- Develops concepts for innovative products with regard to feasibility, cost, lifespan, customer and legal requirement
- Applies the best design and process practices (DGL, Rules), standard parts, Lessons Learned, CAD standards and CAD methodology and specific customer requirements
- Provides suggestions for creating and updating DFMEA
- Cooperates at creation of DFMEA, CAE plan, DV plan, component test and certification in compliance with the CDP/VPDS/VBOS, and customer specifications as well as legal requirements.




- Actively works within the team to support successful DV / PV and delivery of PPAP on time.
- Participate on TDR organized by other teams to provide feedbac
- Participates in customer & quality audits for given products / projects if required.
- Scouts for innovation opportunities, cost optimizations and actively participates in DCRM sessions and participates in their implementation in the project
- Provides technical support to new business development (i.e. VQF, BOM, presentation, feasibility)
- Prepares and shares given project Lessons Learned
- Performs assignments related to particular development (CDP/PDS) projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree:Mechanical Engineer or similar
- Mimimum 3 years of experience in the position
