Buyer - Manufacturing Overview

Sizewise / Agiliti is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented buyer for our manufacturing facility located in Tecate Baja, El Bajio Industrial Park. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our production schedules run smoothly while managing the procurement of materials necessary for our operations.

Responsibilities

- Maintain production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular assessments to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery terms for materials.
- Monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with Corona and Kansas sites to align production goals with procurement strategies.
- Utilize scheduling software to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Prepare reports on inventory status (MRP), procurement activities,



and production schedules for management review.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in scheduling and purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with regulations and import/export administration.
- 3‑5 years of electronics/electrical components buying experience (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles (a plus).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. (VISA required).
