+ Support the daily operations of certification programs and related processes + Coordinate certification projects, including applications, scope updates, and audit preparation + Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues + Prepare reports, documentation, and process-related materials + Help drive process improvements and enhance service quality + Assist with audits and compliance activities + Provide guidance on certification procedures and requirements + Support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives + Advanced English (required) + 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, certification, or similar roles + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Relations, or a related field + Experience working with regulatory, certification, or quality processes is a plus What you'll experience working for ULS UL Solutions has been pioneering change since 1894 and we're still leading the way.
