Maintenance Technician (Sinterized Processes)

More than 4 years professional experience.

Experience with sinter processes, P/M engines, motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems, packaging systems, press systems, boilers, refrigeration, chiller, washers, lift trucks, etc.

Complete production line change overs based on packaging requirements.

Troubleshoot problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for issues, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.

Install and maintain PLCs, servo motors and drives, HMIs, robotic assembly equipment, etc.

Perform high‑level troubleshooting for PLC, AC drives, DC drives, pneumatics, servomotors and robotics.

Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment; drill press, welder, etc.

Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, hand and power tools, examining parts for form and texture.

Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using measuring instruments.

Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.

Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing,



and summarizing information and trends.

Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Maintain safe and clean working environment by performing housekeeping and complying with GMP, SQF, LOTO and safety standards.

What makes you special

Prior experience working with automated packaging equipment, bottling, laser date encoders, shrink film packagers, and multi‑reel labeling.

Take initiative to quickly troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, air compression, hydraulics, liquid compression, electrical system, and automation system issues as they arise.

Experience reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Experience troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, diagnostics, electrical systems, refrigeration systems, hydraulic systems, air distribution systems.

Physical Requirements

Physical ability to sustain typical maintenance duties and handling equipment as described above.
