Skills/Experience
- Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation and sales
- Proven track record of delivering hiring results
- Comfort with social media, Boolean searching, job boards, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine the best match
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and passionate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Duties
- Represent the STAND 8 brand
- Maintain thorough knowledge of STAND 8 processes, industry standards, and client base
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals and opportunities
- Identify and connect with top IT talent through networks, referrals, and outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information and provide excellent customer service
