This role ensures effective HR delivery across operations while aligning workforce strategies with business goals in a dynamic, general environment. + Act as a strategic business partner to site leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. + Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. + Lead talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. + Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and labor relations (if applicable). + Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and corporate HR policies. + Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver efficient HR solutions. + Lead employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives. + Analyze HR metrics and drive data-driven decisions to improve organizational performance. **You Must Have** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
